I wanted to introduce a topic that, while it seems like just a video game, has surprising parallels to running and fitness: the game Level Devil.

For those who haven't played it, it's a deceptively simple platformer where the goal is to reach the door at the end of the level. The catch? The game is rigged. The floor disappears, spikes appear from nowhere, and the door itself moves. It's a game designed to frustrate you into quitting.
Why is this relevant here? Because level devil is the ultimate training for mental resilience and patience—the same qualities you need to push through "the wall" on a long run or stick with a tough training plan.What do you all think?
